How a swap moves through Rangkai Volt.

Swap stations count packs by hand, and nobody knows which battery is worn until it fails on a route.

The record

Each pack has its own record. Each swap writes the old and new state of health, the station and the rider's fleet code.

  1. 1. Register packA pack is given an ID and its first health reading.
  2. 2. SwapOld and new packs are scanned at the station.
  3. 3. Read healthThe battery's own management data is stored at each swap.
  4. 4. SettleHosts and fleets are paid from the swap record.
